How can i Join Pius Secondary School?

Joining Pius Secondary School is very Simple. You have to first visit our school Campus to collect your registration form if you are a new student, then after returning a dully filled form, our staff will assess your application and if you meet minimum entry qualifications you will be selected to join and we will get you notified by sending joining instruction letter to you through address you provided.

Do i need to pay all the money to Join?

No, you can pay by installment or in full. but before you leave you need to clear all your dues to get certificates.

Can i transfer from another school to Pius?

Yes, there are chances for students transferring from other schools to our school. You will be assessed by our staff and if you meet entry criteria you will be allowed to join .

Is Pius both O-level and A-level?

Yes, we accommodate both O-level and A-level students.

Is Pius a boarding or day scholar?

Pius Secondary School is built on about 10 acres of land. We have enough hostels to accommodate any number of students. Pius secondary school is a boarding scholar only.

What subjects offered at O-level?

Our school is based on Tanzania ministry of education and vocation training curriculum. We offer all subjects directed by the ministry, that includes:- Civics, History, Geography, Kiswahili, English, Literature in English, Basic Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Commerce, Book-keeping, and Information and Computer studies(ICS).

What subjects Combination offered at A-level?

A-level studies at Pius secondary were established in 2011 and offers the following subject combination:- PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology), PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics), PGM (Physics, Geography and Mathematics), CBG (Chemistry, Biology and Geography), HKL (History, Kiswahili and English Language), HGL (History, Geography and English Language), HGK (History, Geography and Kiswahili), HGE (History, Geography and Economics), EGM (Economics, Geography and Mathematics), ECA (Economics, Commerce and Accountancy).

Is Pius Single or co-sexual?

Both girls and boys are studying at Pius Secondary School. We have designed our systems very intelligently to accommodate them. We have separate hostels for girls as well as for boys which are adequately equipped with all necessary facilities.
